Cashew Clusters


-9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
-1/2 cup Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
-1/2 cup cashews


1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler
2. Remove from heat and cool slightly
3. Stir in sweetened dried cranberries and nuts
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet, makes about 16 clusters
5. Let harden at room temperature or chill in refrigerator
