Ingredients:
-6 medium bell peppers, cored
 -1 lb. cooked salad shrimp
 -1/2 cup chopped celery
 -2 cups cooked rice
 -4 tablespoons fresh dill

1. Core bell peppers
 2. Mix shrimp, celery, rice and fresh dill in a bowl
 3. Spoon into peppers and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
 4. Serve warm
